December 13, 2004: New Web site launched
Our Web Site has been completely revised with better online support tools, including tools to test your server software remotely, a full text searchable knowledge base, searchable FAQ, tutorials and flash demonstrations and all of our comprehensive product manuals are now available online.
We are also pleased to offer our new Customer Care Online portal, where you can easily manage your PlanetDNS accounts, change settings, and view order status.
